Berlin is a city loaded with political history. When I was asked to stage "freedom" for the Trade project I thought it was interesting to investigate freedom within communism and capitalism. What are the differences / similarities? The two political systems met face to face in Berlin in 1989. And the struggle to integrate the two worlds with their different histories is ongoing.
