Abandon Spaces & Immortality: Ino Dust is a playful multimedia installation presented both online and in the gallery context. A known to unkown; flow of nature is a slogan that connects the virtual worlds through lines of air-pulsing while breathing within the non-physical realm of cyberspace.

In a harmonic orchestra of memories and imagination the artwork explores the curious space of the real and the unreal. A presence and energy of the ether is captured with photography, sound and the electronic medium. These places although abandoned under the surface are humming with energy, inspiration and ideas as they turn into dust.

A void or null space is not as its commonly thought of as a nothing, zero or nil. Null in programming terms is an actual value of nothing. Into Dust explores abandoned spaces which can be seen as voids in the social fabric. Voids but not nothing. Unused but not unacessible. Abandoned but not absent.

This work came about from a curiosity for these type of spaces when passed by and a feeling of something more. "When we were in the space we could feel a presece of some kind. There were distinctive memories in the buildings from markings on the walls, old machinery and people who were there. That's what we wanted to capture.
