An interactive telematic performance feast Alpha Zuppa is a conversation piece between local and remote participants. Viewers are invited to the dining area, where, one by one, they can select from a menu of topics to write about. The viewers text is transmitted to the upstairs kitchen, where artists respond with new messages, cooked up from Internet searches and wordplay. The resulting processed text and visuals are projected into the restaurant space.
